MOVE 

A low impact pilates inspired workout. Movement that feels good, builds strength and tones the body. Expect to see a fusion of contemporary and classical pilates exercises.

Classes may include props such as the ring, ball, bands, and small weights.

SWEAT

A full body moderate - high intensity work out, combining pilates with functional strength training and a cardio blast. Designed to make you feel the burn, break a sweat, and sculpt your body.

 

Classes may include props such as the ring, ball, bands, and weights.

RECOVER

A slow burn work out. Incorporating pilates, yin yoga, and meditation. We guide you through a curated flow to move and connect with your body whilst mobilising and releasing tension.

 

Classes may include props such as blocks, bolsters, and bands.

LIGHTLY HEATED

WHAT TO BRING

  • Slides

  • Grip socks are optional

  • Water bottle

  • Towel

WHAT TO EXPECT

01. Please arrive 5-10min prior to your class start time. You will be greeted at the front desk inside the Fitstop Morayfield building by your instructor. This is where we will check you in, answer any questions and address any injuries prior to the class starting.

 

02. Head on down to the mat studio (please no shoes inside the studio), and find yourself a mat. We provide mats for all classes, but do ask that you bring along a towel.

03. Each class starts promptly on the hour. If you are running late we cannot guarantee access to the studio as the front door is locked whilst classes are on in the mat studio, and we do not have a receptionist on at all times. 

 

04. All classes will begin with a brief introduction and class overview, followed by a warm up and breath work to ease into your work out. Each class will run for 60 minutes including a cool down stretch.
